Jones County Junior College

JCJC is an open-door, two-year institution granting Associate in Arts (AA) degrees, Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degrees and Vocational Certificates.
With various medical programs to technical offerings like drafting and design to welding, degrees and certificates are awarded in 27 career and technical programs and more than 100 university-parallel programs.
JCJC is the largest single-campus community-junior college in Mississippi, and has constructed a branch campus in Wayne County.
The opportunities for area residents at the local campus will include practical nursing and technical skills training. Adult basic education-GED services, small business development and credit and non-credit classes are being offered in the new Wayne County Center, which is located on Highway 184 at Collins Street in Waynesboro.
