The Wayne County Veterans Services Office, located on the first floor of the Wayne County Courthouse (near the elevator), provides assistance to local military veterans, spouses, children and/or families in obtaining and/or maintaining benefits they are entitled to from the United States Department of Veterans Affairs.
This can involve, but is not limited to, answering questions concerning the Department of Veterans Affairs benefits they are eligible for, completing paperwork to apply for or maintain benefits and guiding veteran and/or their dependents through the various filing processes required for Department of Veterans Affairs benefits.

- Increased rating
- Medical benefits
