Located across the street from the front entrance to the Wayne County Courthouse and between Huntington Bank and Dixie Electric Power Association. Office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please note the office is closed for most federal and state holidays.
Non-elected office responsible for marketing area to new and existing businesses and industries regionally, nationally and internationally. The Wayne County Economic Development District, comprised of nine appointed board members, oversees the area’s two industrial parks and county-owned facilities occupied by businesses that lease such buildings and sites for their operations.
